I'm having trouble completing an order, can you help?

Our mission at Lonestar Coffee Co. is to share our love of coffee and help other coffee lovers find their perfect cup by creating a simple shopping experience for ordering the best craft-roasted coffee beans, coffee gear, and accessories conveniently online, sharing helpful coffee tips, tricks, and recipes, and creating a community of coffee lovers to share their love of coffee.

When will my order ship?

All orders originating in the U.S. are processed within 3 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping and 5 to 7 business days for Economy Shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise communicated due to high volume delays and/or postal service problems outside of our control. Orders coming from outside the U.S. may have longer processing times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for our full policy.

Will I have to pay international taxes or duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.


Lonestar Coffee Co. cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.


My order status says "Unfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled." Want to track your package, visit our new Tracking page and stay-up-to-date on where your order is.


Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please contact us or order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.

What is  your return/exchange policy?

We want you to feel comfortable trying us out. If you are not satisfied 100% with our coffee we will offer you a full refund on your first order - no questions asked and no need to return anything. Just contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. If it's not your first order, please visit Lonestar Coffee Co.'s Returns and Refunds page for our full policy. Need to start a return? Where does your coffee come from?

Lonestar Coffee Co. works with two coffee roasters, Temeculah Coffee Roasters and Chicago Brothers Coffee. Our coffee roasters import coffee beans, blends, and gourmet coffee flavors from all over the world and craft roast your order the day before they ship. We will continue to add additional coffee roasters as demand requires. What coffee gear to you sell?

Lonestar Coffee Co. works with coffee equipment suppliers from all over the world. Our goal is to source and deliver all the best coffee gear at reasonable prices to serve all your equipment needs to brew your perfect cup, from coffee and espresso machines, roasters, grinders, serving gear, and accessories like coffee cups and mugs. We will continue to add additional suppliers as demand requires. Do you have any brick and mortar locations?

Lonestar Coffee Co. does not have any brick and mortar locations. While we are working towards building a chain of drive-thru coffee shops in the Houston area, for now we are 100% focused on delivering a simple and convenient online shopping experience for coffee lovers like us.
