We want you to feel comfortable trying us out. If you are not satisfied 100% with our coffee we will offer you a full refund on your first order - no questions asked and no need to return anything. Just contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
If this is NOT your first order with us:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Coffee and other perishable items cannot be returned or refunded unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. In such cases, if you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Additionally, any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping such as is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and/or your order arrived damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We want to make the refund process as easy as possible, so we've added a new returns page to help you. Simply start your return and refund request and we'll take it from there!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
