All orders originating in the U.S. are processed within 3 to 5 business days for Standard Shipping and 5 to 7 business days for Economy Shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless otherwise communicated due to high volume delays and/or postal service problems outside of our control. Please note, all coffee equipment orders and orders coming from outside the U.S. may have longer processing times - typically up to two weeks for delivery. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For all domestic orders under $50, the Economy Shipping (5-7 days) is a flat rate of $4.95 and the Standard Shipping (3-5 days) is a flat rate of $6.95.
For all international orders, the shipping rate is a flat rate of $10.95.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
